My work draws from strengths perspective, recovery based, solution focused, family systems, and mind-body centered interventions including Internal Family Systems therapy (helping resolve our current struggles based on our early life experiences)
I employ a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches
CBT, DBT, CPT, PE, ERP exposures, Attachment, mindfulness techniques, trauma therapy.
By working together in therapy I will support you through any obstacles you may encounter on your journey of a deeper self discovery towards achieving your goals.
